What does the Pod feel like?
The stretch fabric sits close around the body for a gentle, hug-like feel. Comfort is personal: choose a fit your child can move in and remove easily.
Can their hands and feet stay out?
Yes. The top is open so arms can stay outside, and the foot opening lets feet stay in or come out.
Does it guarantee better sleep?
No. The Pod is a comfort product for winding down, reading and relaxing. We do not promise a sleep outcome or claim that it treats a medical condition.
How do I care for it?
Wash on a cold, gentle cycle. Air dry or tumble dry on low. Follow the care label supplied with your pod.
What are shipping and returns like?
Shipping is free across Australia. Orders are processed in 2–5 business days, followed by an estimated 5–9 business days in transit.
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging; change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility. Your statutory rights still apply.
How should we get started?
Start with a short, supervised quiet-time session. Keep the head and face uncovered, and stop if your child feels uncomfortable. The wearer should be able to get out independently.
